Rochester, NY Police officers Caught on Video Assaulting and Almost Running Over African-American Club Goers!

I came across an interesting video on YouTube, which I can only describe as WTF?

Shot from high above, probably by a downtown resident, the 2 minute and 27 second video captures two Rochester, NY Police officers engaging in some very disturbing behavior.

The video starts out with some fights breaking out on Andrews St., in Rochester's St. Paul nightclub district, then, around the :48 second mark of the video, a white Rochester, NY Police officer is seen running up on a group of African-American men in the middle of the screen.

The RPD officer is then seen assaulting one of the men by hitting him in the throat with a stiff arm, which sends the man hurling back.

Then, around the :54 second mark of the video, a Rochester Police officer is seen driving his cruiser into another man, nearly running him over.

The video shows something that I have been exposing more of lately, white Rochester, NY Police officers either abusing, or allowing club bouncers to abuse African-American club goers in downtown Rochester.

In fact, just a few weeks ago, I exposed Rochester, NY Police officer Mario Masic allowing a Maxwells nightclub bouncer to assault an African-American man who was completely defenseless, while at least o e other Maxwells bouncer is driving the man's face into a snow bank.

If Rochester, NY Police officer Mario Masic's name sounds familiar, it should.

In 2011, Masic arrested Emily Good, after Hood video recorded him conducting a racially profiled traffic stop of an African-American motorist.
